Do you ever get in a mood where you're not really yourself? Your thoughts are a little off, your actions aren't quite normal? That's how I feel tonight. I don't understand it.

Dear dA,

I'm sorry I've been avoiding you the past three months. You see, I am an art student, a designer in training, and that does not allow for me to have a life, or to grow my artistic abilities in any capacity outside of my specific field. And though it is all fascinating to learn about, I fear if I were to show you all my progress, you wouldn't care. You would just eat up my time, as you have in the past, with visual candy, and be another reason I do not actively grow as an artist beyond my chosen field. So dA, while I do miss you and all my wonderful friends, I fear I shall stay away.

I don't really know how to tell you this, but your nostrils are insulting. I think I realized it when you put cuffs on me outside of Chicago and I saw you sit on my father. I'm sure you're scarred enough to understand that we're cousins. I'm returning your love letters to you, but I'll keep your photo as a memory. You should also know that I told in my confession today about Oprah Winfrey imitations.
